For a load-bearing specification, include the project strength requirements; structural galvanized grades such as SGC340 and SGC400 have their own requirements.

SGCC is a commercial-grade zinc-coated sheet. Its standard default mechanical acceptance is centered on bendability; the 205 / 270 MPa tensile-test values are agreed purchase requirements rather than unconditional product guarantees.

SGCC identifies the JIS commercial hot-dip galvanized grade. Z27 identifies the zinc coating class with a minimum three-spot average of 275 g/m² across both surfaces.
