JIS G 3101 lists 245 MPa up to 16 mm, 235 MPa above 16 to 40 mm, 215 MPa above 40 to 100 mm and 205 MPa above 100 mm.
JIS SS400 specifies a maximum of 0.050% each for phosphorus and sulfur. Request the actual heat analysis through your inspection documentation.
