SSAB product range describes manufacturing dimensions; individual stock and shipping availability are confirmed for your requested lot.
Hardox® 400 is specified by Brinell hardness and SSAB product guarantees. Typical mechanical values remain reference data.
SSAB performs Brinell hardness tests according to EN ISO 6506-1. For thin sheet below 2.5 mm, hardness is derived from guaranteed tensile strength. For impact testing, confirm the required temperature, sample size and acceptance conditions with the order.
| Product form | Thickness range | Hardness information | Procurement reference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wear plate | 4.0–130.0 mm | 370–430 HBW | Standard SSAB plate range |
| Wear sheet | 2.5–8.0 mm | 370–430 HBW | Brinell test per SSAB sheet requirements |
